docs: fix renderer.icons.bookmarks_placement parameter, misspelling (#3150)

Fix minor documentation issues

Add a missing double quotes around the default value for
`nvim-tree.renderer.icons.bookmarks_placement` config value and fix
spelling of `bookmarked`.
